PSC008
[ High-Current Type ]Band-Type Contact
The characteristic of this high-current contact is its high current density, allowing the transmission of large currents within a limited conductor space. By adopting a two-piece structure, not only is the current density increased, but the contact pressure is also kept low. It is possible to design very small large-current and high-current connectors that require a large contact area.
■Specifications
- Note 1. The usage temperature of -270℃ is for the connection holding state. (The insertion/extraction usable temperature range is from -150℃ to +180℃ max)
- Note 2. The above values apply when the temperature rise is below 40℃ and the fitted conductor is Cu/Ag plated finish.
- Note 3. To ensure long-term reliability, it is recommended to keep the environmental temperature + the heat generated by electricity below 100℃.
- Note 1. All data is for one louver.
- Note 2. The contact force and sliding force in the table are at hn=1.1mm.
- Note 3. Louver pitch is approximately 3.32mm.
