Easy Application to Start Meeting
- 1 Application
- Please enter the required information and your first and second preferred dates and times in the inquiry form and send it.
- 2 Confirmation of Date and Time
- We will send you an invitation email with the date and time in advance.
- 3 Start of Meeting
- On the day, click the URL in the invitation email, and the meeting will start when our staff appears on the screen.

- When using Microsoft Teams
- Clicking the invitation URL allows you to choose how to join the Teams meeting.
If you have the Teams app, please select “Teams App.”
* Even if you do not have the app or a Teams account, you can join the meeting as a guest.
- When using Zoom
- If you are using a computer, click on the invitation URL, clicking the invitation URL will automatically open Zoom in your browser.
If you are using a smartphone or tablet, click on the invitation URL, clicking the invitation URL will automatically prompt the app to download, so please be aware.
- When using Google Meet
- 招You can join the video conference simply by clicking the URL provided in the invitation email.
* Even if you do not have a Google account, you can participate in the Google Meet meeting as a guest.
