[ Frequently Asked Questions ]

Question1How long is the production lead time?
Answer1The standard delivery time is approximately 45 days after placing the order, although this may vary depending on the shape and material of the connector.
If you have a request for a shorter delivery time, we will coordinate with the processing factory and do our best to accommodate you.
Question2What are the benefits of using contacts?
Answer2The multiple-contact structure keeps contact resistance low, so it allows for a compact design capable of high-current conduction.
It is also effective for high-frequency currents that flow through the surface.
Question3Are there any guidelines for the rated current and size of connectors?
Answer3In the standard design, the size is selected such that the temperature rise is less than 40℃ when the ambient temperature is 20℃.
For sizing guidelines, please also refer to the minimum dimensions (reference values) of the plug and socket.
* Refer to page 3 of the catalog.
Question4What information is needed when placing an order?
Answer4There are no specific items required, so please feel free to consult with us.

Question5The operating temperature will be over 200°C.
Is design possible?
Answer5The standard contact band is made of copper alloy, so it cannot be used at 200℃.
However, by attaching Steel Use Stainless (SUS) or nickel alloy contacts, it can be used even at high temperatures.
Question6Can existing connectors be modified?
Answer6If you have any requests, we will do our best to accommodate them.
Question7To what extent is manufacturing carried out in your own factory?
Answer7All cutting processes and surface treatments are carried out at our partner factories.
We conduct inspections at each stage of the process, including receiving and shipping, and strive to maintain quality.
Question8Can contacts be sold individually?
Answer8We apologize, but we do not sell contact lenses as a standalone product.
